We process personal data exclusively in accordance with legal requirements (in particular GDPR, DSG, TKG 2021).

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Processing only takes place to the extent necessary to provide the website, the services offered, or based on your consent.

3. Hosting and Technical Infrastructure

We use the following service providers to provide our website and app infrastructure:

a) Apple CloudKit

For certain app functions (e.g., data storage within the Apple ecosystem), we use CloudKit, a service of Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA.

Personal data (e.g., profile data, usage data) may be processed. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure infrastructure).

Data transfers to the USA cannot be ruled out. Apple is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or uses appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

b) Supabase

For managing location data, user profiles, and application data, we use Supabase (Supabase Inc., USA).

Supabase processes data as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR based on a corresponding data processing agreement.

Depending on configuration, data may be processed within the EU or in third countries. If transfer to a third country occurs, it is based on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

c) Cloudflare (Storage)

For storing and delivering images, we use services from Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

Cloudflare acts as a processor and processes data to ensure performant and secure content delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in IT security and performance).

Data transfers to the USA may occur. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or uses appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

4. Google Analytics (Landing Page)

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics uses cookies that enable analysis of website usage. The following data may be processed:

  • IP address (truncated if IP anonymization is enabled)
  • Device information
  • Usage behavior on the website
  • Referrer URL

Processing is based exclusively on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
